Anantara Veli Maldives Resort will reopen on 1 December 2022. In time for the peak festive season following nine months of extensive renovations. Vegetables served at all the island’s restaurants will be fresh from the new on-site hydroponic farm. The Maldives’ first vertical farm with organic, year-round harvests. Produce includes different species of lettuce, tomato, microgreens, herbs, and capsicum.
